First day of actually tracking what I eat. (Carebear)

Today I had 2 cups of coffee, a lowfat yogurt, grapefruit and granola bar for breakfast. I have company coming again, so not sure how it will go for dinner. Lunch will probably be homemade spaghetti sauce over digestable carb pasta, which surprisingly tastes just like regular pasta. Dinner is suppose to be pork chops and potato salad. I will just have to watch my portions. If this isn't what you had in mind, just delete it. I am not sure if I am doing this right.
