May 20th 2009 First Starting Out

I am not sure of the format this will be, but you guys need to register - then I can make you author's and we'll get this ball rolling.

Today I weigh 190 lbs, which to some of you may seem like an ok weight, but I am much smaller boned than my two brothers, and I am about 30 lbs overweight (at my current muscle mass).

Today for breakfast I ate 2 oat bars:

190 calories, 50 fat calories, 6g of fat, .5g saturated fat, 75mg of sodium, 30g carbs, 2g of fiber, 11g sugar, 4g of protein

I also had a Southwest Salad from McDonald's for lunch. I don't know the content of the salad itself, but it had a pack of dressing that was 100 calories, and 50 calories from fat. Much better than what I had been eating.

I am also taking 2 men's vitamins, 1 chromium, 6 amino acids, and 2 - 4 hoodias per day.

Once you guys register you can begin your fairytale.

  2. Umm, this isn't exactly what I had in mind when I had you guys as contributors. "I don't know about the cat, but sure am enjoyin it!" - More info - mileage, diet, etc.
