May 21st, 2009

I am not weighing myself for a while. I need to get my metabolism going first.

Today I had 130 calories nutrigrain bar for breakfast, about 160 calories in peanuts between meals -then splurged a little with a taco salad from the border cantina. Tonight i will eat light again, and walk 4 - 6 miles briskly.

We'll assume i still weigh 190 lbs. In a couple weeks we will look at our weights, (unless you don't want to), and we'll see how much we've lost.
